Accessibility statement.
ViSTARS, Inc. wants everyone who visits vistars.ai to be able to read it and use it. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
Where we stand
We review the site regularly against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We do not claim full conformance.
What our design rules require
- Text on screen is at least 12 px.
- Color pairs are checked for contrast.
- Keyboard focus is visible, and every control can be reached from the keyboard.
- Meaningful images have text alternatives.
- Pages are reviewed separately on a 390 px phone screen and a 1440 px desktop screen.
- Animation stops for visitors who set their device to reduce motion.
Known limitations
These areas may not yet meet the standard.
- Product illustrations and charts, such as the sample fee view and the supply path diagrams. Text inside some graphics may be small or unavailable to screen readers.
- Tools we do not control: our cookie consent tool (CookieYes) and content on sites we link to, such as LinkedIn.
We are working on these and will update this statement as they change.
Scope
This statement covers vistars.ai. It does not cover vistarsagency.com, the site of an affiliated company, or other sites we link to.
Tell us about a barrier
Email info@vistars.ai with the subject “Accessibility.” Tell us the page address, what happened, and the assistive technology you use. We reply within one business day. If you cannot use part of the site, we will offer the information in another format, such as plain text or a phone call.
