He has built and scaled programmatic infrastructure businesses across demand, supply, and marketplace, with deep expertise in infrastructure ownership, monetization, supply path optimization, and commercial operations. He sets the strategy, product, and commercial direction of ViSTARS.

Marsel has more than 20 years in low-latency distributed systems and programmatic marketplaces. As a lead engineer at IPONWEB and BidSwitch, he worked on OpenRTB, SSP and DSP integrations, ad serving, and auction environments processing billions of daily transactions. He leads development of the ViSTARS infrastructure stack.
Agentic AI Lead and Chief Solution Architect
Don has more than 20 years in AdTech and specializes in large-scale AdTech architecture and AI-driven operational platforms. As a technology leader at IPONWEB and BidSwitch, he architected large-scale RTB systems, exchange integrations, data platforms, and operational intelligence solutions. He leads the development of Vi-Agent.
